| Event: | Description: |
|---|---|
| Pleasant Hill, LA; Apr. 8 - 10 | On a 5-cannon ball scale this event gets a 6. Pleasant Hill is an event that takes place on actual an battlefield of General Bank's Red River Campaign. Totally secluded, this event is not a "battle for the McDonalds on the hill". |
| Confederate Reunion Grounds, Mexia, TX; Apr. 15-17 | This is a wonderful, but small, event. The Confederate Reunion Grounds is a location for relaxation. Several miles out of town, you will not be disturbed by traffic or the other sounds of civilization. With a dance held in the 1800's pavilion and the Navisota River quietly flowing through the CRG, this event is a very real "Heaven on Earth". |
| Camp Ford - Tyler Texas. Apr. 22-24 | A living history event, with no reenactment. However, it is a great time and a wonderful occasion to talk with spectators. |
